Guest satisfaction is our top priority and our apartments have been furnished and equipped with this in mind. We want you to enjoy your stay with us, relax and feel totally at home. Of course this means providing all the basics but it is the personal touch and attention to detail which makes the real difference: you will find our kitchens stocked with high quality crockery, glasses and cutlery; the beds made up with goose feather and down pillows and luxury cotton bedding; the living rooms tastefully furnished and the bathrooms supplied with complimentary toiletries and soft towels.
We aim to deliver an exceptional level of customer service, which means from the moment we receive an enquiry or a reservation we will do everything we can to be of assistance and to make a your stay as smooth and relaxed as possible. Prior to arrival you will receive an information pack containing contact phone numbers, details of how to find the property and check in, as well as information about the apartment and local area. A more detailed version of this will also be available in the apartment.
A complimentary welcome basket is provided so that you can relax after your journey and have no immediate need to worry about shopping or breakfast the next day; contents may vary but will always include tea, coffee, milk, sugar, orange juice, bread, butter, preserves and cereal.
Our rates include a full weekly housekeeping service and for stays of over four nights a mid-stay change of towels and bedding. Alternatively, we are very happy to tailor our housekeeping services to meet a your requirements.
