This privacy policy sets out how CS Serviced Apartments collects, uses and protects any personal data obtained from those using our website  and/or making a reservation with us.

At the time of making a reservation or submitting an enquiry, either through this website, by email, telephone or third party booking sites, we will collect some, or all, of the following information:

How we use the information

The information is used to process the reservation and communicate with guests prior to arrival and during their stay with us.

We may  occasionally wish to use the information to send newsletters or promotional emails with details of special offers etc or to contact guests for market research purposes. We will always request consent to use and retain personal information for these purposes; should consent be withheld, all personal data will be removed from our database within 7 days of a guest’s departure date unless any issue has arisen which requires continued communication between the guest and CS Serviced Apartments.

Security

We are committed to ensuring all data and information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have implemented appropriate and recommended physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.

Unless we are required to do so by law we will not sell, distribute, lease or share any guest’s personal information to any third party.

Financial Details

Payment through the secure pages of our website gives us no access to any credit or debit card details.  When card details are passed to us for payment by a third party or as a security deposit (in line with our terms and conditions) these details will be stored securely until inspection of the property, usually on the day of a guest’s departure, after which they will be destroyed.

How we use cookies

Traffic Log Cookies

We use traffic log cookies to identify the number of visits our website receives, the location of such visits and which pages are being used. This helps us analyse data about web page traffic and so improve the efficiency of our website. We only use this information for statistical and analytical  purposes after which the data is removed from the system.
